We are located on the beautiful Lake Austin in Austin, TX, providing easy access to all the fun and excitement on the water. We offer several pick-up/drop-off points on Lake Austin. We also provide delivery, drop-off, and pick-up at some private boat docks, marinas, and short term rentals.
We are open from 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday - Sunday. Our hours may vary during holidays, so please check our website for the most current information.

No, a boating license is not required to operate a jet ski. However, all renters must be at least 21 years old and have completed a boaters safety course (if born after 1993): https://www.boaterexam.com/usa/texas/.
The minimum age to rent and drive a jet ski is 21 years old without a legal guardian.
Please bring a valid ID, sunscreen, a towel, a swimsuit, and a waterproof bag for your personal belongings. We provide life jackets and safety equipment.

Lake Austin Water Sports Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but out of respect for our team and other guests, we ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. If you have questions or need to make changes, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations
72+ hours notice: full refund (minus any booking fees).
Less than 72 hours notice: full rental amount will be charged.
No-shows: full rental amount will be charged with no exceptions.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, or high winds), we will do our best to reschedule your rental at no cost or issue a full refund.
Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for a weather-related cancellation.
Booking Fees
All booking and processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuity for captains is required. If a tip is not left, a 20% gratuity will be charged to the card on file.
For safety reasons, we do not allow pets (even though we love them!!).
If we determine that the weather conditions are unsafe, we will offer to reschedule your reservation or provide a full refund.
