We’re based on Lake Austin in Austin, TX, and we offer convenient drop-off and pickup at Steiner Ranch Lake Club, Commons Ford Park, Emma Long Park, and Walsh Landing. We also deliver to select private boat docks, marinas, and short-term rentals, so getting on the water is easy!

We are open from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday - Sunday. Our hours may vary during holidays, so please check our website for the most current information.

No, a boating license is not required to operate a jet ski. However, all renters must be at least 21 years old and have completed a boaters safety course (if born after 1993): https://www.boaterexam.com/usa/texas/.

The minimum age to rent a jet ski is 21 years old without a legal guardian.

Please bring a valid ID, sunscreen, a towel, a swimsuit, and a waterproof bag for your personal belongings. We provide life jackets and safety equipment.

Security deposit details are being updated, so please check during booking or before you reserve. Renters and passengers are still responsible for any damage, so we ask that you treat every boat, jet ski, and piece of gear with care!

Plans can change, and that’s okay! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do it at least 72 hours before your rental time. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive a full refund minus booking fees. Less than 72 hours’ notice is charged in full, and no-shows are charged the full rental amount.

For safety reasons, we do not allow pets (even though we love them!!).

If we determine that the weather conditions are unsafe, we will offer to reschedule your reservation or provide a full refund.

Yes! You can buy gift certificates for jet ski rentals, wake boat charters, pontoon tours, and more. They’re customizable, never expire, and can be used for any Lake Austin Water Sports experience!

Yes, our pontoon charters and wake surf charters are captained, so you can relax and enjoy the ride! Our experienced team handles the driving while you and your group make the most of your time on Lake Austin.
